Creating Menopositivity That Works

47 million

Women every year enter the menopause. Just think about that for a second.

That’s 47 million partners, mothers, friends, colleagues, employees.
Navigating the same thing at the same time, all over the world.

I’m here to help transform workplaces into safe spaces for women. To help employers create supportive and inclusive environments where we can shine and thrive in a community of understanding.

Why Me?

With over 25 years of expertise in global talent acquisition and my own lived experience, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of what attracts and retains amazing talent. What makes people show up, and more importantly, what makes them stay.

I want to use all that I’ve learnt to create menopositivity that works for all.

So, let’s change the narrative together, for good.

  • "Sally’s talk was full of clarity and energy, the kind that makes you sit up straighter and rethink what you thought you knew. She brought a powerful mix of science, insight, and humanity to the menopause conversation, making it feel actionable rather than overwhelming. What stood out most was her ability to challenge outdated thinking without blame or burnout - just a clear, confident call for change. It was the kind of talk that leaves you feeling more informed, more empowered, and honestly, wondering why every workplace isn’t already on board."

  • “Hi Sally, Just wanted to say that I really enjoyed your presentation on Wednesday (HR Core Lab, Barcelona) and I learnt a lot, mainly on how little I understood menopause and how much I need to learn to support people in my organisation and at home. I had a really good conversation with my wife and daughter on my return home which hopefully will help me learn more and begins to start the dialogue. Thank you again.”

Paul Bowles, VP Talent Acquisition & Development at Nokia

  • “Hi Sally, Thanks for your time today sharing your knowledge and advice today. I appreciated your advice from a management perspective to listening and whilst you cannot solve, empathy and understanding is paramount. Thanks again.”

Robert Burr, Digital Commerce Director at VF Corporation

  • "Sally, Thank you for such an insightful, practical, and relatable session. The tips and guidance you shared were truly valuable, and your openness made the conversation impactful. It’s essential for women to speak up about these experiences in the workplace so they become better understood, accepted, and supported by all. We’re grateful to have you as a partner in the Wellbeing part of our program."

Tamar Boladian, Bring Women Back To Work, Content Lead

  • “Dear Sally, I thoroughly enjoyed reading and appraising your work. You are a real asset and I can see how your new knowledge will not only benefit everyone who reads your work but also everything you do in the future whether it’s personal consultations or training in the workplace. Your attitude to life and learning is most commendable. Good luck in your future ambitions and we certainly look forward to working with you at KCA!"

Work With Me

My Menopause Journey

As every woman will tell you, no menopause is the same. And, as someone who is still navigating theirs, shaking the shame and changing the narrative around menopause in the workplace and society isn’t just a job. It’s my vocation.

There is a wonderful Japanese word, Konenki. Not only is it the word for menopause, but it also means ‘renewal’ and ‘energy’. Here, the menopause isn’t just understood; it’s celebrated and revered. If I had to sum up what I’m trying to achieve for women in the workplace, it’s that.

My own menopause experience has been quite the journey. From experimenting with natural supplements like Evening Primrose and Black Cohosh for my changeable moods, fatigue, anxiety, migraines, and heart palpitations, to starting on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). I also support my wellbeing with meditation, journaling, walking, running, and yoga. And I’ve embraced sobriety, which aids better sleep, energy, and my general zest for life.

What’s worked for me may not for others. But I believe that owning your menopause is a powerful and liberating thing, transforming a difficult time into a positive, freeing, and enlightening experience.
