The Menopause Brain by Dr Lisa Mosconi
As I continue to educate myself, this one is another powerful addition to the shelves. It connects the dots between hormones, brain health and how we feel day-to-day.
Most women spend 40% of their lives in menopause!!!!. And my fav quote "nobody can pour from an empty cup" can relate to this as I embark on the next chapter.

Reinforces why self-care isn’t selfish
Encourages women to prioritise their own wellbeing
A reminder that you can’t pour from an empty cup
